words that describe Nadeh Ali’s personality. NadzZz is a Life Coach,
Motivational Speaker and a trainer with the aim to highlight the
importance of human potential. He believes that everyone is capable of
determining their own destiny.NadzZz, a certified trainer from School Of
Leadership has participated in 4th Indo-Pak Student Peace Camp held in
Chandigarh (India) from 26th Sept - 05th Oct, 2008. He also represented
the province in National Youth Summit’ 08 organized by UNFPA in
Islamabad. He also participated in YOUNG LEADERS CONFERENCE organized by
School Of Leadership from 1st July-6th July 2009. He also facilitated
different sessions in Pakistan Young Leaders Conference’10, Creative
Leaders Conference’09, and Pakistan Youth Congress’10. He was awarded
with an honor of “Creative Facilitator” during Creative Leaders
Conference’ 09. He was an Executive head of the organizing committee
that organize and look after the event i.e. PAKISTAN YOUNG LEADERS
CONFERENCE’ 2010 that was held in Cerena Hotel Islamabad. He also
facilitated and participated in PAKISTAN YOUTH CONGRESS’2010 organized
by Drug Free Pakistan which was held in Marriott Hotel Karachi. In that
conference, he was the only candidate from N-WFP. His area of interest
and field of specialization is SELF AWARENESS. Currently, he is the
president of PESHAWAR YOUTH ORGANIZATION, which works for the betterment
and exposure of the youth of the city in particular and of the province
in general. His team mates consider him as a catalyst, for a positive
change in the society. Winner of Lums Olympiad 2009 and 2010, was
recommended with the Best Student Award for the year 2009 from Governor
N-WFP i.e. Owais Ahmed Ghani out of the pool of 250 students from all

Shaby is an extremely Devoted, Rational and an open-minded person. He
has a great expertise in the management side and has always proved his
metal, whenever called-up. He has been working devotedly for PYO and is
a certified trainer. Shaby says.
“As I have grew older and
moved in society, I have seen many social evils which are making our
generation hollow, eating from inner selves. To eradicate those evils,
to empower youth to stand infront of challenges, to aware youth of the
happenings and to let youth know that their fate is in their hands, I
will keep working under the flag of PYO for the betterment, empowerment,
uplift and prosperity of the Youth of Pakistan.”

ahead is getting started”, that’s what Rabia Salim believes in! Positive
attitude, having heart at peace and carrying respect for people has
what made her one of our best team members. Getting an opportunity to
attend Leadership and cultural exchange program in United States 2009,
honorable mention in GIMUN, winner in Pak-Japan cultural festival and
speech competition, position holder in Intel Science Olympiad, different
seminars and workshops attended on Arbringer institute, self-deception
and self knowing ,scholarship winner at school, college and university
level and still determined to achieve much more in life has enhanced
Rabia's communication skills and well socializing with people.

Usman normally known as
Maano is one of those amongst the group who brings life within the
group and used as a weapon to beat for late comers. He has his own world
and does not bothers about what people do or say, All he know is to
live life and do counseling for those who don’t know how to live it.
With extreme organization skills, and fully committed to work Maano is
an inspirationalist with an innate ability to stimulate and invoke a
thought provoking outlook of life and society. Maano is a key
personality of PYO, who has represented his institute in several
conferences. He is also nominated for Provincial Youth Icon award along
with Nadeh Ali. He is simply known as a turner.

Jolly and Social, Mr.
Life, Rakiz a.k.a rox, is the youngest of the lot. He has his own
interesting ways of going about life and fascinates everyone in his
company. Operating from far away from the organization and majoring in
accounting and finance from LUMS, don’t affect the bond between him and
the organization. A school topper through out his career, he also got
the "STAR AWARD" for excellence in academics in the year 2007-08. In
LUMS, he has been involved in management of national level events like
"LUMS OLYMPIAD", "YLES" and "PSIFI", gaining a lot of social and
organizational experience. In sports, he is crazy about tennis and
plays a lot of tournaments. The way he comes with a perfect blend of
academics, technical know how, management skills and marketing ideas
make him the best choice for the post of PYO's Marketing Director.

Multi-talented is just a
one word that defines Daniyal Riaz. Commonly, known as Danny for
everyone, represented Pakistan in India and has also represented his
province in other provinces of Pakistan. Danny is a devoted and
hardworking team member who possesses great expertise in Computer
science. He is a creative graphic designer. For danny, meaning of life
does not dwell in the length of time that one can live or the material
abundance that one can acquire, but in the richness and the
wonderfulness of life itself. He consistently insists on doing what he
likes to do and he hopes that his endeavors can be valuable to the life
of others. He sees this as the only way whereby he can realize the
value of his life.

Maryam Salim,
perfectionist is the word that best describes her-student of BBA, she
has come all this way achieving the milestones of her life. Having
gotten the opportunity of representing Pakistan in FUKUOKA, JAPAN (APCC)
for promoting peace as a junior ambassador, and other numerous
seminars and conferences, she has gained in developing a sense of self
awareness and a number of personality traits. Being a Gold-medalist for
being the best student of Pakistan (2006), Silver medalist for getting
2nd position in FSc board exam , being in top 20 position holders in
BISE 10th exam, an avid debater, holder of various scholarships,
trophies and being an all-rounder, she has brought great laurels to her
school, her college and her family. Maryam possess a capability to
take success with failure. She says ''From the victories I learned
